Worst service I have ever had at FNB

I have honestly never had issues with FNB. But I am absolutely at wits end now. I app**** for vehicle finance with Wesbank and it has been declined due to an issue on FNB side. There is a Risk error. I have spoken to Premier Suite, Risk, Debts, the branch. Everyone keeps saying the next department right back to Wesbank. The only two people that are trying to help me is by Wesbank. And they cant even help me and the WORK THERE!!! I just want to know why its declined from FNB side. What is the error message we are seeing. How difficult can it be? I will tell you, 2 hours of phone calls... Still nothing.
