Worst service i ever received at that bank

Firstly, I don't recall FNB sending me an email advising I won't get my stament printed from a teller anymore, I have to log in to my online banking for that. I was advised of that after I waited to be assisted for more than 15 minutes(which is understandable as there were other client's there) So I was told by the not so friendly teller( a smile wouldn't hurt really) to go to the online banking booth and i'll be assisted, so I went there and the the printer wasn't working( my patience had already started wearing thin) so anyway I waited while the branch manager tried to fix it, but he then asked the lady who was assisting there to help us in his office me, and the other 2 clients before me. So when my turn came, I logged on sucessfully but the problem was the OTP, which was on my other phone( which I hardly use and don't carry with me) so I asked for my cellphone banking number to be changed, she excused herself and went to escalate to her manager I presume, I saw her coming back and heard her manager yell" Tell her to come to me if she has a problem with that" So the lady came back and advised that the number can be changed BUT i'll have to go to the consultant's desk, meaning i'd either have to wait in line AGAIN or wait for the next available consultant and nevermind the fact that I was on my way to work, which I didn't care much about if I was assisted, so after I was told that, avoiding a scene I took my bag and calmly went out of the branch manager's office and walked out of the bank, an hour and a few minutes later without assistance. So i'd like to find out from FNB if we as client's should just thumb suck new information or we just have to schedule time to just chill at the bank.
