Worst service from Melia

Had to open a business account, consultant had to go to lunch. Had to print a document she required ..literally a 2 minute thing. Consultant told me she had to go lunch and she will ask someone to assist. When I got back ..i was advised to start the cue from scratch..asked to speak to a manager...the damn manager was not even willing to speak to us....WOW..
