Worst service from FNB - worst bank ever

Again why i cant not give them no stars as this one star is far to much. I have a revolving loan account that i have repeatedly tried to make arrangements with since covid, yet FNB DOES NOT CARE FOR IT CUSTOMERS. They have handed me over and even after emailed confirmation that i can pay a set amount each month and that my account will be reviewed there after i am now not only getting harassing messages and calls for MBD but revco to - do they not communicate with each other at all there. If this does not stop i am considering finding a lawyer and let this go to court
