Worst service from FNB when you least need it!

Our business was ****med and we reported it to SAPS and FNB. Its been almost a week and we have not even heard back from John Volmink (the investigator) to confirm that the documents have been received despite numerous follow up emails and a call to the ***** line again. This is a sensitive and traumatic matter and there is just no reaction from FNB. Sad.
