Worst Service from FNB Private Wealth Ever

I started a business loan application process with my private wealth banker at the end of 2023. The FNB credit department provided feedback where I had to comply to certain requirements requested and I submitted the required documents in the first quarter of 2024. Again, feedback was provided to compile documents for at least 6 months and resubmit, and I followed the instructions provided by the credit department through my private wealth banker. 4 months ago, from today, in 2025, the last feedback that was given to me through my banker, that the 1st approval process passed and that I would be placed on a packer for 3 months to track my financial state during the 3 months, which I did, and my financial state did not change. During this time, my private wealth banker moved to another department, and since then, FNB has moved my portfolio to 2 different bankers. Now 4 months have passed, and after a phone call with the 3rd banker I got told that I need to start the whole application process again from scratch and that I am back to square 1. The reason was that the person who dealt with my application and gave feedback 4 months ago at the credit department also moved to another department within FNB, and they cannot find the application or where the process was left. The fact that a person moved to another department is not my problem. Someone should have taken over my profile and application process from that specific person. My application needs to be picked up from where it was left, and from the last feedback I received, which was the 3-month packer period and the 1st approval given. To resubmit all documents again and restart the whole application process will mean that the application will take another 2 years before proper feedback can be given. Which means it will take 4 years for a business loan application to be completed. I'm really not happy with the way my whole portfolio is treated. It's a pity that banks went so far backwards. A client is not a client anymore, but just a number. Even if you pay a premium for service. Currently, I'm not sure that I will ever get the correct feedback from my current banker, and if my application will be taken further, wherever it was left off. I’m contacting my current private wealth banker for numerous times already with no success. He does not answer any of my emails or questions. This is really not acceptable.
