Worst service from FNB Homeloan

I have experienced the worst service from FNB home loan. Over 3 weeks delays in just obtaining cancellation figures for a structured home loan facility, which is delaying an entire transaction.

I advise people to not take this fnb structured loan, as the fnb HL department cant even calculate figures should you wish sell one property in that structure, and when they get to calculate them it looks like you have never paid any instalment.

Being private banker at FNB is what makes the whole thing painful. Paying all those additional useless fees for nothing. I definitely will be downgrading my account to a normal gold account.
