Worst service from fnb

I am disappointed with the service from Fnb,I have made a deposit of R2000 this morning and I haven't recieved proof of payment,I am covoid 19 positive, had to contact the call centre and I had to wait for long time only to get disconnected, I'm struggling to even breathe ,normally whenever a deposit is done we get an email of proof of payment,I am dealing with something which is very important,and I'm not happy with the service I have recieved from fnb,I feel like closing my fnb account
