Worst service from FNB ***** Dept
I reported a *****ulent transaction 28/5. Was only contacted by an ‘investigator’, Ms Pule, on 2/7. Emails wide and far apart. Got a SAPS case number, contact details, emailed her everything I received in chronological order, and still want more info, which is totally accessible from the investigating officer. A total lack of urgency and a ‘matter of fact’ attitude. Really not helpful at all.

19 Jul 2024, 12:58Three weeks later, and no response or feedback. Only the generic emails. I am getting more feedback from SAPS than the socalled ***** investigators. This is really the worst service ever.
