Worst service from Fnb

Fnb maybe you must change your slogan from,How can we help you to how can we destroy you or how can we delay your business growth.A judgment was erroneously added on my business and personal profile by certain institution(For confidentiality purpose,I will name it institution B )

Then institution B gives me consent to rescission letter and states on the said letter that the matter has been resolved between my company and them (Institution B) ,Then I approached my bank and apply for business revolving loan or overdraft, and I also submit a letter stating Institution B has no objection with my company receiving any assistance anywhere.

Then your credit department refuses to accept the letter from Institution B and want me to first approach the court and apply for rescission of judgement, which I did and I have proof in my possesion that I app**** for rescission of judgement. My concern is that it appears that Fnb does not care if I loose opportunities at hand, while I am waiting for court date, which will be on the 13/03/2024.Opportunities will not be waiting for me.

As smmes in South Africa we work extremely hard to try and a build our businesses, but it appears banks like Fnb will do anything not to assist smmes.

The most painful part is Standard approached us sometime in September 2021 and offered to assist us to grow our business and offer us credit facilities, only if we move our business account to Standard Bank.3 staff members from Standard came to our business and took the time to listen and find a way to assist us,I will forever respect Standard bank for that move,But out of loyalty and stupidity I decided to stay with Fnb because I didn't want to jump from one bank to another as I believe in building long lasting business relationship, little did I know I am just a number to Fnb.

Learn to listen to your customers and stop frustrating clients,My experience with Fnb is starting to make me feel as if smmes are on their own and more particularly the previously disadvantaged group.

I need to speak to a credit manager directly or the person that rejected the rescission letter. As I wait for a bush off call from First Nothing Bank
