Worst service from FNB

I have received the worst experience from FNB.

I am currently on Debt Rescue and trying to settle my accounts but unfortunately there is a big dispute on a payment that was done from Debt Rescue on the 20th of December 2023, the wrong payment allocation was done on my account from FNB, a payment of R4008 was done by Debt Rescue and only R40.80 was allocated by FNB to my personal loan. Between myself and Debt Rescue we are trying to resolve this but we just do not get any joy from FNB. This has been going on for far to long.

I want the correct settlement letters to settle my outstanding dept.

FNB please sort this out urgently and make the right allocation to my account.
