Worst service from FNB

I have a over flow on my cheque acc,which was not aware off all this year's.I got it last month I called inn to cancel that benefit they asked me to go to the branch as the call centre can't help with it.I went inn Saturday morning couldn't get some assistance,the consultant gave me a call center number to call in Monday.I called inn yesterday got a consultant by the name of Calvin then he transferred me to the department which he said they will help me cancel this benefit because that's the only thing I want to have on my acc.I was through the 1st consultant she hung up the call as she was busy talking to her friends.I called again went through a lady she only said you are through to FNB and said the name of the dept,I introduced myself and asked for her name ,she immediately hung up on me.I called again went through the same thing got another one didn't give her name told her my storie she transferred me to the same call centre I called last week which they couldn't help me.So my question is what do I need to do to get assistance at FNB?Clearly they don't wanna make business with me,I really loved this bank but after this service need to go else where as you don't have catessy to help your client's.Really disappointed in this bank I didn't expect this from you.This was the worst exprience I got as a client.. ********** 925!
