Worst service from a bank!!!! Considering account closure!

World's worst service. Between Sales, my branch and the Aspire desk, nobody knows their product. I was sold an account at FNB at the branch to which I was told that I would receive a cash back. It's been 2 months and still nothing. I have emailed complaints, I have tried secure SMS, secure call and normal call.... NOTHING!!!! Everybody keeps passing the buck. Absolutely no accountability.
