Worst service - FNB festival mall

What an experience! I have been trying to reverse a debit order for the past 2 weeks, was told to go to a branch now I'm at festival mall FNB and have been sitting here for over 2 hours being taken from pillar to post! Worst branch ever! Got a lady who I had to call for help and she told me I have to go to another que and they issued out another waiting ticket for me! I am so dissatisfied! Totally unhappy, its like I have to beg just to get a service.
