WORST SERVICE FNB CLEARWATER AND PRIVATE BANKING

FNB Clearwater horrible service . went in to get stamped bank statements. used 3 computers eventually I was told the statement system is offline and I should rather try later at home? I requested one of the consultants to assist me with the statements to which she responded sorry we did away with that service we do not print statements. I sent a message online to my banker and have still not received my statements. I mean really I pay close to R400 service fees for what I don't know. I WANT MY BANK STATEMENTS!!!!!
