Worst service experience at FNB branch Benmore shopping centre

I went to FNB Benmore shopping center as I wanted to get a January statement on my credit card. I couldn't pull it on my FNB cellphone banking app as it only gives you full months history statement, I went to the ATM, it doesn't allow statements on my credit card. I went inside to ask for assistance as my profile was block on the laptop/computer internet banking and I was in a hurry. I asked for a January statement and after waiting a while they gave me December (Which I didn't ask for) when I asked again for January, they bluntly said they can't pull it and it's only available on my internet banking (which I have issues on and did not have the time to go through the whole process) they confirmed that, they as FNB with all the managers and staff one of the 4 largest banks in South Africa are unable to pull a bank statement on my credit card showing January transactions up to date. I burst out of tears, cursed and they looked very satisfied not helping at all. Please tell me this is not true that FNB cannot do this at all and only you as a user can do this on your internet banking? how did they develop this then without having the ability to do this on their side at all?
