Worst service everrrr...
I cannot believe that i logged a dispute on a ********** activity on my account and i still ahve not heard anything from FNB 15days later but my card has been blocked. I have called atleast 4 times since and im being taken from pillar to post without answers and no one can assist, every other department keeps passing on the bug.Only today i learn that the ref number is *** which was never emailed or sent to me in any way. The worst i tell you...

20 Jan 2023, 12:21Shocking that to this day, no one has bothered to revert to me and I remain inconvenienced. I have received sms's claiming that someone will make contact but 2 days later I am still waiting, how do you guys conduct business?
