Worst service everrr!!

FNB is the worst bank to ever put your trust in, on the 16th of June 2022 my Dad passed away, FNB funeral cover took more than a month to pay out his funeral cover money, we had to borrow money to give the dignified send off he wished for.

Stupid enough we went back to the same useless bank to open a deceased eastate account in July 2022. After 5 months of having opened the account no money was deposited into the account, after numerous visits to their branches, Birch acres, Glen Maris and festival mall, a helpful and friendly consultant from Festival mall tried to assist us by escalating the matter to the eastate account department as he discovered that the account was place on hold on the 12th of November 2022, with no communication to us. On the 18th of January 2023 I went back to the festival mall to do a follow up as the consultant had promised that the deceased eastate department will contact me within 72 hour, which never happened. Yusef whom the matter was escalating through on the 11.01.2023 was again consultant and he just promised to escalate again.

FNB is a ****, they do not care about our grieving as a family. Someone is seated and not doing their job, while we have to put our late father's unavailing arrangements on hold suffer in pain.
