Worst service ever with FNB Connect

I app**** for a FNB connect sim card on a month to month contract; unlimited calls @ R399 per month...a good deal. The sim card was delivered to my house on Thursday the 13th April at about 10:30. And on the delivery declaration it says your new sim contract will be activated within 24 to 48 hours after delivery. Today it is the 18th, the sim is not activated. On the 17th at about 11:00 am I phoned the FNB connect customer service and indicate my frustration with the sim. ..my worst fears...the consultant said she can't pick up the sim contract on my profile. She said I must try to activate the sim through my online banking and when I did the sim was activated BUT as a prepaid. I did not apply for a prepaid I app**** for a contract sim. This sim is useless for me now and the worst part is that I am charged from the day of delivery. And I am going to challenge them on that. FNB connect is nonsense
