Worst service ever! Waiting for 4 weeks for a response?!?!?!?

We complained at hellopeter and the fnb complaints department. All of the sudden they were very compliant. After they sent our account details we told them this is the wrong account number and address. Now we wait for a week again. Its nonsense that you have to go to hellopeter everytime you just want them to do something!!!! I hate FNB. Not one single person at FNB is helpful or tries to do their work. This bank must be shut down!!!
