worst service ever they have phones to phone out but not to answer

impossible to get hold of anyone, if your credit card is due one day they phone you non sop but if you need to urgently speak to someone you listen to their annoying call waiting music for a hour. its the second time now.Do not fall for their better banking gimmicks I am moving to another bank they must try and get their money somewhere else
