Worst service ever. SIES FNB SIES.

Utterly disgusted with FNB Lenasia. Firstly we had to wait in a queue for more than 45 min. When finally we were allowed to come in I was not assisted but had to stand in front of that stupid ticket computer another 15 min. Now that's 1 hr. When finally it was my turn I was told that they could no longer print statements with a consultant, that if I don't have my bank card or cell phone with me they cant assist. Now I did have my ID card and it was a spur-of-the-moment decision to get a statement as proof of residence. So now I stay in a place where we do not have a machine to print a statement which means I have to pay just to get it. Also, I was told to call the call center to request one. Why could they not call? Is this what they get paid for? Turning away their customer, why am I paying those ridiculous banking charges. Sies man!!!!!!!!!
