Worst Service Ever! Rethinking my banking!

So FNB said I qualify to upgrade my accounts. I read and decided its a good idea. No problem with that. But they use useless courier services to drop of the cards. I am putting my complaint here because they never rep**** to my emails. And the courier services they use are completely useless. Mr. D courier scheduled delivery of my Card sending numerous sms'es to say I must be at home on Thursday 27 October for delivery between 14:30-16:30 . I cancelled meetings to be at home for delivery. I am still waiting for that delivery. Apparently according to my neighbours they came there early that morning to deliver. Why???? I mean we scheduled a time so that I can be home from work. Called their client service where i was promised my card would still be delivered between 14:30-16:30 on 27 October. Waiting like a foolI called again at 16:35 being told that maybe the couirier is just running late. But till now nothing. Called 3more times this morning each time being told "sorry will get back to you" eventually a lady called Portia said delivery is now scheduled for 14:00 today. Why was I not informed? AND now once again I need to put my life on hold for a maybe seeing that they also scheduled for yesterday and never came. It is really making me rethink my banking. Maybe I must close with FNB and go to a bank that actually cares about its clients. And that use proper courier companies. I cant seem to find Mr. D Couriers on hello peter otherwise this would have been on their page to. Sick and tired of this. Can't understand why I didn't just have the option of having the cards delivered to the branch.
