Worst service ever received from FNB

I bought a laptop through FNB 4 years ago, the fan stop working, I had to phone several times firstly to activate my claim. Then again to find out the status, 8 calls later I was told it was repudiated due to wear and tear? I was told the next week I would receive feedback as a meeting would be held to see what they would do. I sent a mail yesterday again another week later. The outsourced supplier contacted me asking if I wanted the laptop back. I then mailed FNB the following: I received no response from FNB merely a call from FNB supplier stipulating that the laptop I have had for four years and being paying insurance on monthly. Cannot be repaired due to wear and tear.

This is downright unprofessional, and unreasonable, how does a laptop that is used for 4 years just go? FNB merely washed their hands on this.

I worked for UD trucks for 8 years utilizing the exact same laptop, travelling back and forth to African problems. I purchase a laptop from FNB and work from home, now nobody has the professional courtesy to contact me directly from FNB.

I will not leave this here as I am fully aware of the consumer act and the King 3 report. I have been a loyal customer and will not be shifted aside as if a piece of trash. The lack of business integrity and professionalism is shocking!!!!! As yet I have still not received feedback from FNB
