Worst service ever received from a bank or any indistry

Myself and my partner registered for enterprise banking in Cape Town the 30th August and since we where in fnb banks from Cape Town to Johannesburg and Pretoria and 1 time in Johannesburg the phone was put down in my face. It is the 20th September already and we still don't have it sorted. We traveled for our 1st business meeting in Jhb and had to draw R100 000 cash in Pretoria and had to travel to Jhb cbd and walk with the money. Look at what danger our bank put us in yet they suppose to protect us, they couldnt even do a over counter transfer to a friend who would have been able to do the transfer to the seller we had business with than they charged is R2000 and something cash withdrawel fees and no one took responsibility everyone passes the buck its this dept than that dept and everyones hands is tied. This was really the worst service I ever received from any industry, its fine to take our money and leave us with no options regarding being safe. I truly feel disgusted in this service seeing that I also worked in the banking industry some time ago. I told 3 branches I'm going to hello peter but don't want to bit now I'm forced coz I got to do business again in the week and it seems like this bank will fail me again
