Worst service EVER received!

Terrible service from gold BUSINESS! Registered a new company with CIPC through FNB... turn around time supposed to be 10 days... took more than 2 months! Now I am struggling to use the bank account itself, it has been active on my profile for another 2 months and I can't use it to transact! Here is the most frustrating part of it... I have phoned close to 10 times trying to get an answer. The call drops every time after waiting on hold for 15 minutes before speaking to anyone. I eventually got through to someone last week who said they will resolve it... still sitting without a bank account! I am considering moving my whole portfolio to a bank that actually provides some kind of service!
