Worst service ever, or actually no serv ice at all...

For the past year I have had the worst service ever from my prviously "Trusted bank", trying to upgrade and change accounts, close Credit accounts and simply querying transactions on my account(fees deducted by them for no reason)...

The latest being a "Courier fee" of R110 for card delivery when their pricing guide clearly states delivery free. Now I am being charged because the useless couriers they employ could not follow instructions to contact me at certain hours, as I am a teacher and cannot answer during lessons, and secondly could never be reached when I saw they contacted me during the specified unavailable times... So they eventually had to deliver the card at the branch.

Calling the contact centre I am unable to reach someone to listen to my story and reverse the charge, as I am just being transfered between opporaters in the same dept.

More than a month ago I sent a lovely letter to EVERY complaints channel available for FNB. And zero response was received... Just shows you how important I am to them.

They take my money every month and give me nothing in return. I am fed up...

Ready to change banks completely even though I have a Home Loan and everything with FNB aka F*^&ing Nonsense Bank.
