Worst service ever. Not a bank for business people.

I've had the worst experience with FNB. I opened a Business Bank Account and my online payment access did not work at all. I couldn't make or receive payments for my business. I had a case of ***** where someone kept on trying to debit money off my account without permission. I asked FNB to assist and they couldn't stop those attempted debris. My card was closed and when I asked them to cancel it the attempted debits continued which kept on costing me fees which left my account in a negative balance. I begged them to assist as the fees on these attempted debits continued. I requested they close the account and they didn't help. I understand being liable for my own fees and making me pay for *****ulent activities is terrible service. I couldn't put money into tye account due to the high risk of *****sters attempting to take out money from that account. And now they want to list me on the credit bureau. If you want to have a business account make sure it's not with FNB because they refused to help protect my account and did not activate my online banking after many months and staff always make excuses about their internal problems you want your money and credit score to be safe, then do not bank with FNB. My business couldn't make any money due to their systems always failing which did not allow me to transact online. Can someone please tell me how I am supposed to bank fees when the bank does not work. Customers couldn't pay and I couldn't pay suppliers. My business ran a loss with FNB. And they are now demanding I pay the fees for attempted ***** debits. Worst bank ever. I've never had such a bad experience with any service provider. This bank should close down so we can protect our hard earned money by using other reliable banks.
