WORST Service ever!! No sense of urgency!!
I settled my Personal Loan on 19 March 2022. Today 25 March 2022 they debit my account. I am told that i need to wait 48 hours for the debit to reflect on their side, while it is reflecting as GONE on my account!! Furthermore, i am told that the refund process takes 7 working days. The reason i settled was because i knew i would not have money to last me. I need my money in my account ASAP. If my money is not reflecting by COB, i am changing banks.

25 Mar 2022, 08:57Tshepang told me it would basically take a total of 9 working days to return the funds. Which I find unacceptable seeing that these funds are going to FNB still
