Worst service ever just to open an account!

Been trying to open a business account with them for 7months.Received an email my account has been opened just need to send them last docs for the NPO and I did still nothing has been done.Called them numerous times to no avail they are useless and no one has an idea what is happening.I have since sent them docs again upin request and still nothing.
