WORST SERVICE EVER FROM THE SO CALLED BEST BANK IN SA

We have sent through a hand delivered Guarantee for attention Nomsa Khanyago to your branch in Pritchard street as given by her, however when they tried to deliver a month ago, they were told that there is no person working like that. We have also emailed Eugene Naidoo, whom did not even bother to email back. There are no contact details for either of them. We have tried for a month now to get hold of any of them, with no success. Nomsa now emailed us to say that she is cancelling the Guarantee due to her not receiving the original. NOT ACCEPTABLE. DONT YOU HAVE ANY TELEPHONE NUMBETRS ONE CAN CALL SO THAT THE COURIER CAN CALL THEM WHEN DELIVERING TO THE CORRECT PERSON?????????
