Worst service ever from fnb diepsloot

<p>Yesterday i went to diepsloot to sign a contract for a vehicle finace. I spoke to a guy by the name of sandile radebe to assist me. As he advised skhumbuzo has left for the day. Skhumbuzo had assisted me the last time and was very help ful. I called the dealer and they informed me they sent the document to him. He printed them and i signed. Asked him to check if all is in order and send back to the dealer. He never checked nor sent the forms to wesbank. I took my time of work expecting service and this is what i got. I have to use my money and go there again on saturday. Clearly fnb is not about helping but getting rid of customers. I'm very angry and this is unacceptable. He did not ask his manager nor call me to check if all is well. This is poor service from fnb in diepsloot. I need to have this car delivered to me by friday. Now thanks to fnb for delaying this process. </p>
