Worst service ever from FNB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately there is not a zero otherwise I would rate zero. The worst service ever received, I am currently abroad for work until January. My account has been blocked, perhaps I entered the wrong password, I am not sure, now the APP says I need to go to an FNB ATM to activate my profile or they provide a number for international guests to call. I did call but was told I cannot be helped as I have no contact number for FNB to call me abroad and they do not use WhatsApp. So pretty much I am being told I cannot access my funds until I am home in 2024 and have to be without funds. Worst service ever!
