Worst Service Ever from Card Divsion

1. I am a private banking client, with a platinum card.
2. I app**** for a limit increase on my credit card on the 16 April 2015 .
3. I was then requested to supply further documentation on the 22 April 2015.
4. I signed my card quotation at the close of business on the 8th of May 2015 ( last week Friday)
5. I received a call from your card division on 11 May 2015 to confirm some details and I have been waiting ever since regarding my limit increase.
6. Today is the 14 may 2015 , A WHOLE MONTH LATER . AND I AM STILL WAITING
7. As you can see its been over a month from lodgment date of documents and still nothing.
8. I have followed up on this application countless number of times with my private banker ( Noma Nkosi), with nothing coming through. Were it not for her being so customer friendly , I might have let loose a flurry of sear words to some unfortunate person by now.
9. In fact If I might add, I remember the last time I did a limit increase, I had the same nightmare with your card division. Its like they don't have to meet any KPI's/ service levels and literally service you as and when they feel like it, without a care in the world as to how this impacts people
