Worst Service Ever from a Bank

This what I emailed to the lady that originally contacted me as I though maybe she could clarify this whole to and fro with the branch, departments and myself. My experience with FNB has not been good at all. After speaking to you and you telling me that everything has been approved and I must just take certain documentation to the branch (Randridge Branch), I have had nothing but endless problems. I took all my documentation there and was told that everything is sorted and the bank card and credit card are on there way. I received and sms yesterday to go and collect my bank card and I followed up regarding the credit card via email with one of the consultants at the branch and got a reply to say that everything is in order and the card is being processed and sent (I have the email as proof). Today I get told that I need to phone the credit card division as they wish to speak to me? After all this I am actually rethinking changing banks as this all is very unprofessional and not at all good for an establishment like FNB to not have their ducks in a row. It is after all not that I approached FNB, but the total opposite scenario.

I actually have given up with contacting the branch as they one minute give me information and then the next I am getting totally different information from the actual divisions.

How in this day and age does a bank give a customer a run around like this and not just one person to deal whith but various departments. Why contact people if you cannot follow up with what you have offered them? The best is that at the time of my complaint today I got offered a Revolving Credit? This is truely embarressing and unacceptable.

Very upset so called customer.
