Worst Service Ever

I have been calling FNB since from last year regarding my paid up letter for my temporary loan.. I haven’t received it yet but since I paid up my account begging of December FNB hasn’t updated my ITC haven’t given my paid up letter. I laid a complain.. just the same nothing has been done.
