Worst service Ever!

I've waiting to be assisted by FNB and now its passed over due their turn around time. I've been going back and forth to the Mappanya mall branch and even went to the Trade route branch just to be assisted with a payment reversal since early December. Last week I was given a *** but over so many phones calls and visit to the bank and still no luck... This is the worst service I've ever recieved dealing with people that are failing to do their job. How can I go to two branches,call the centers for weeks and still no one knows how to assist me?
