WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never encountered such naivety and lack of professionalism. FNB is quick to place holds on your funds without even the courtesy of prior communication. We have a case from March that is still unresolved. Despite numerous calls, emails, and even in-person visits to the bank, we have yet to receive any meaningful response. Now, the same issue has occurred for the second time. We have been in business with them since 2013, and it's frustrating to think about how much money they have made from us while delivering such poor service.
