WORST SERVICE EVER

All i need is for someone to call and set up a meeting to change our business account to an enteprise accont. I have been calling for about a month but no one can help me. Your call centre agents love just passing the buck around but no one ever helps. And today when i called, they couldnt even pick up my ref - OPP/315853/W0Q7H4 - I NEED THIS SORTED BY THIS WEEK!
