WORST SERVICE EVER !!!

I tried unsuccessfully to seek assistance from FNB to activate my Revolving Loan and unable to do a normal transfer. I subsequently contacted their contact centre on ********** and was transferred to **********, then ********** then ********** then ********** then ********** until finally after1 week I gave up. This has got to be the worst service I received from FNB ever!!! Funds get deducted.
