Worst service ever!!

This must the be the worst service ever for someone who is experiencing the worst situation in their life, ever. My mother passed away, my dad is 82 years old and completely heartbroken to lose his wife of 59 years and do you think he is able to reach the fudiciary department of FNB? Not a chance. Every number you dial is ' Not in use", there is NO response from emails sent and going to the branch, you are told 'the people are working from home now'. What an absolute disgrace!!
