WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

It took me 3 months to get you guys to send me a loan settlement letter. Is it going to take another 3 months to get a paid up letter and send it through to Transunion??? You really need to get you admin together, these long hold times and agents who have no clue on how their system working is such a disappointment.
