WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The WORST service ever. Tried to be nice and patient, but it is as if they don't care. Money was wrongfully deducted from my account after the COVID19 debt relief was activated. Currently have no income as I am a salon owner, but the moment my UIF was paid into my account on the 8th of May, they deducted the money. Request has been logged. Everyone has a different answer. 5-7 working days, 24 hours, 3 days, 48 hours???? It has almost been a month now, and no one gets back to you. Each person I spoke to will log a request, but NOTHING comes of that. Been waiting a week for the manager to contact me...THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!
