Worst service ever

I have been calling fnb for the 100th time and my calls just keep getting dropped, Nombuso on this number *** in particular just cut the call after i asked her to assist me now as i have been waiting forever to get help and i was tired of being send from pillar to post. I hate this useless bank, the secure chat channel cant help with my query, and what i need is simple, its a paid up letter which they failed to update since march this year, i can express my disgust with this organization .I am never satisfied with any interaction with them. They feel everyone is a pushover. I hate FNB is the worst service ever, I need to also close this account right now.On this number, i keep getting asked to put in my id nr, nonsense man really nonsense ***
