Worst service ever

I did 2 payments of R50000 to an fnb client from my fnb account on saturday to buy a car but they didn't reflect. I called fnb they said they release ona and reverse the other. Till today the money is still not on my account. I went to the branch and was told over the phone that the missing payment takes 5-7 days. I don't have that time. I risk losing R50000 that I already paid . I will hold FNB accountable for this. This is unacceptable, you don't treat people like this. I moved that money from capitec for convenience since I was paying another fnb client. It was the worse mistake ever.how is this treating customers fairly.
