Worst Service ever!!

FNB has to be the worst bank ever!! I have been waiting for their claims department to get back to me, its almost a year and everytime i call i get told to send more and more documents. Interest just adding up everymonth and noone bothered. Noone calls you back, You cant speak to a specific person because its all call centre. You can wait on a line for 30 mins just to speak to a superior. Pathetic service, more especially FNB Cresta, Randburg. Manager also cant assist me in my query, never responds to emails!!!
