Worst service ever

Me and my husband are busy with our homeloan everythings in order and we are still waiting for the mortgage insurance we have been calling everyday except weekends since end off November 2019 to ask about progress every day its the same answer we will call you back no one ever calls back after screaming and throwing a tantrum they eventually told us that there is 1 guy working on the insurance and he is on leave for a big company with over thousands of clients there is only 1 guy that can do the job. Its the worst service we have ever gotten
