Worst service ever

So I've actually been waiting for a call back from FNB, i logged this case on the 3rd of April 2021 ref number: ***NF, according to their email and sms they sent me their turnaround time is 24 to 48 working hours but surprisingly till today i haven't received any call back, FNB is the worst bank of all and in all honesty they do not care at all about their customers and i am actually reaching to a point where i actually think maybe moving to a different bank would be a good idea,
