Worst service ever !

Did credit card limit increase application which was approved, sent all necessary documents but no response. Went into branch no help after an hour in branch, left number to be contacted back. Someone called me back and requested payslips which were sent still no response. Enquring on fnb app, being told I cannot be helped. If by 25th I have not been assisted I'm closing my accounts at fnb, most ridiculous service from a bank ever!
