Worst service ever !!!!

Worst Service I've received in a while. Myself and my husband need to get a letter from FNB, to show that he doesn't have 2x credit cards, since the bank made a mistake,. We are trying to sell our house and need that letter as confirmation. We have been trying non stop now to get someone to send us a letter for 2months now, and every time they just tell us, they will get back to us ( Which they dont). We've been to the bank, we've send them mails, called the number that was given to us, and still nothing!!!!

Terrible bank, with pathetic service.
